Guest Information

We're glad you may join us for a week of fellowship, fun and great ministry and music.  We know you will enjoy the week.

Below you will find helpful information which we hope will make your stay more enjoyable.

A bell will be sounded prior to each meeting and before each meal.  We would appreciate promptness at these times.  The first meal is at 6:00 pm Saturday evening.

There will be open seating for our meals in the Dining Room.  Meals are served buffet-style and we request that you remain seated Until a convenor dismisses your table.

A Sports Activities bulletin board will be at the back of Nichols Chapel.  Sign-up for the various events closes Sunday evening.  Schedules and pairings will be posted following the Monday morning meeting.

Our first session will be this evening at 7:00 pm and will be followed by an Ice Cream Social at approximately 8:15 pm.  Be sure to attend for a good time of fellowship.

If we can be of any assistance to you, please let us know.
